1. About Chat The Bible

Chat The Bible (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by AppNexus, registered in Poland. You can contact us at contact@chatthebible.com.

Chat The Bible is a digital service that helps Christians read the Bible, pray, and receive AI-generated spiritual support.

2. Who Can Use the Service

  • You must be 13 years or older.
  • If you are under your local age of majority, you need parental permission.
  • Do not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

4. Paid Subscriptions

The free version includes daily content and Bible access. A paid subscription unlocks AI features.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Google Play and Apple App Store.

Refunds

Because access begins immediately, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once service starts. Refunds are not provided except where legally required.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Break the law
  • Harass or harm others
  • Upload offensive or harmful content
  • Reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or copy content without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated prayers, passages, and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not a substitute for professional religious guidance.

7. Your Content

You keep full rights to the prompts and text you provide. We process your content only to operate the service, generate responses, secure the system, and analyze usage.

Some prompts may be manually reviewed for moderation or safety.

8. Intellectual Property

All app features, branding, design, and content belong to AppNexus unless otherwise stated.

9. Availability

We aim for reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for damages caused by errors, interruptions, or reliance on AI outputs, as allowed by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. EU consumers may rely on their local laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes.
